The goal of Eric Condon & Company is to serve those seeking professional management and assistance for their homes without requiring a full-time property manager. Using my unique skills as a hands-on business owner, the aid of dedicated employees, and an extensive network of Houston's best trade professionals, I look to create lasting relationships while managing all aspects of the luxury residences my clients call home.
From an early age, exposure to fine residential construction and historical architecture fostered a passion for architecture and buildings. After receiving a B.A. in Philosophy from Trinity University, I began my career in residential construction with the family business, Condon Builders, Inc. As the construction manager, I enthusiastically developed the skills needed to construct the sophisticated, highly detailed, and complex designs of prairie architecture. In the spring of 2002, I started Sandskogen Construction, LLC. The new company specialized in remodeling, and, to this day, I enjoy honing my skills in that specialized field while developing an extensive network of trade contacts who are at the forefront of the industry.
Additionally, and most importantly, my work with Sandskogen Construction has allowed me to develop lasting relationships with a clientele that appreciates my dedication and passion to serving residential needs. As my relationships have grown, I have discovered a true need for my clients to have someone trustworthy to help maintain and develop their luxury homes. Eric Condon & Company was started to honor those needs.
